  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

🚚 Shipping and Return Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  2. Pack the item securely and send it back using a courier service of your choice or request parcel collection (collection fees apply).

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (minus shipping and collection charges).
